The letter indicated that the organization would follow proper hygiene rules, indicating that the factory would be run by full workers instead of half workers. The letter said that during the first wave of corona, the factories strictly followed the government-made hygiene rules and the infection rate in the sector was less than 0.03 per cent. This hygiene has not been relaxed. Hygiene is being monitored properly to ensure that the factories comply. Besides, the factories have been instructed to abide by the hygiene rules after the start of the second wave.
