Raw mango juice can be made in different ways. An easy way out is a sherbet made with raw mango and mint leaves. Mint leaves help keep the body cool. But let’s find out the recipe for making sherbet-
1. 2 to 3 raw mangoes
2. Mint leaves 10-12
3. Quantitative sugar
4. Salt to taste
5. Green pepper
. One liter of water
First spread the raw mango peel and cut it into pieces. Now mix mint leaves, sugar, bit of salt and green chillies in it.
Spread this mixture well and leave it for 10 minutes. Then blend the mango mixture with a little water in a blender.
Blend well so that the mango is completely fine. Otherwise it will not feel good to eat. If it is too thick, it should be mixed with water.
In that case, if you mix more water, the amount of sugar or salt may increase slightly. If you want to eat cold, you can keep it in the fridge for a while or you can mix ice cubes in the sherbet.
