The National Socialist Party (JSD) has staged human chain and demonstrations in the capital demanding an end to Israel’s indiscriminate bombings and massacres of unarmed people in Palestine and an end to Israeli occupation of the country.
The party held the program in front of the National Museum at Shahbagh in the capital at 11 am on Saturday (May 15).
Jasad President and former Information Minister Hasanul Haque Inu MP addressed a human chain held under the chairmanship of Jasad Dhaka Metropolitan Jasad Joint Coordinator Nurul Akhtar. Besides, party vice-president Bir Muktijoddha Shafi Uddin Mollah, joint general secretary Nader Chowdhury, workers alliance president Saifuzzaman Badshah, JSD joint general secretary Abdullahil Qayyum, youth alliance president Roknuzzaman Rokon, JSD joint general secretary Mirza Md. Anwar Hossain, Mahanagar Jasad leader Idris Bepari, Idris Ali, Advocate Mahibur Rahman, Mofizur Rahman Babul, Chhatra League (H-N) Central General Secretary Rashedul Haque Nani and others.
At the rally, Jasad president Hassanul Haq Inu called on the international community, including the United Nations, to take swift action to stop Israeli attacks and genocide on innocent Palestinians and to occupy and expand land in the country, and to establish an independent Palestinian state as soon as possible. He slammed the West, including the United States, for making “disgusting” statements about the Israeli genocide against the Palestinians. Inu also reiterated the solidarity of the Jats towards the liberation struggle of the Palestinians.
