I remember the piece of conversation of two friends who met one afternoon almost a decade ago. The friend, who had been busy since morning, was sweating, he seemed to forbid the other to come too close to him. Maybe he himself was embarrassed. That is normal. The other, however, showed respect to the sweat-soaked body of the industrious man.
Wherever this phenomenon has flowed, the smell of sweat is uncomfortable, whether it is in a familiar range or among a complete stranger. Sweating is normal. Some people tend to sweat a little more from an early age, which is not a disease. Their families may also have a history of excessive sweating. Again, it is not uncommon to sweat a lot when the temperature rises too much. This was stated by Professor Harshit Kumar Pal of the Department of Dermatology, Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University. For this, he suggested using antibacterial soap to avoid the stench of sweat. Deodorant spray or antiperspirant spray can also be used. He also said that some medicines can be taken as per the doctor’s advice to reduce sweating.
Some diseases can cause excessive sweating in any weather, but there are other symptoms of the disease (such as blood pressure imbalance). If you sweat a lot due to any disease, it may be for a short or long time. If you have other symptoms with sweating or sweating more than you used to at the same temperature, you must consult a doctor. In addition, if the patient has problems due to excessive sweating without any symptoms (such as difficulty in writing if the palm of the hand is very sweaty), it is better to consult a doctor.
Sweating reduction treatment
The stench of sweat is hard to avoid. The source of bad breath is sweat from different parts of the body. Sweating in places like armpits and groin is more foul smelling. Although there is no bad smell in sweat in childhood, such bad smell can start from adolescence. In some cases, even if the person does not understand the smell of the people around. If sweating can be reduced, bad breath will also be reduced. Professor Harshit Kumar Pal said there are oral medications to reduce sweating, injections and medicines to be applied to the skin. In addition there are iantophoresis devices or instruments, which have to be used continuously for a certain period of time. Neurosurgery can also be performed, but it is a very complex procedure.
Meanwhile, Afrin Mausumi, a cosmetologist at Herbs Ayurvedic Skin Care Clinic, says there are some ways to get rid of the stench of sweat.
