Jais (Rae Bareilly). The railway line connecting Amethi and Rae Bareli districts has been doubled. About 20 km from Jais to Rupamau. Another long new line has been laid, which has been linked to Jais, Fursatganj and Rupamau stations.
CRS will come on June 25 to inspect this work. Jayant Chaudhary, Chief Project Manager (CPM), Rail Vikas Nigam Limited arrived here on Wednesday to take stock of all the preparations ahead of his inspection. He inspected the motor trolley from Jais to Rupamau.
The doubling work done from Jais to Rupamau will get the green signal only when it is inspected by the CRS. If everything is found fine in their inspection, then it is sure to get the green signal.
After this, trains will start filling up on the newly laid track. The KEC organization working on this section as well as the RVNL officials are keeping a close watch so that no defects are found in the inspection of CRS.
Along with the CPM of RVNL, KEC Regional Manager Nabjit Barua, Vice President Nitish Kumar and Project Manager Zubair Ahmed also reached to take stock of the preparations for the CRS inspection.
CPM inspected the motor trolley from Jais to Rupamau. He also took stock of the works done at Jais, Fursatganj, Rupamau stations. Project Manager Zubair Ahmed said that the doubling has been completed. All the preparations for the inspection of CRS have also been completed.
CRS Special will run on the new track
Special train of CRS will run on June 25 on the new railway line built under doubling from Jais to Rupamau. The inspection schedule of CRS has arrived.
In the inspection program issued by RVNL’s CPM JK Chaudhary, it has been told that Chief Railway Safety Commissioner Shailesh Pathak will reach Jais station on June 25 at 8 am by special train.
Jais will inspect the railway station from 10 am to 10.30 am, then will reach Fursatganj at 12.30 pm, inspecting the track and all the points on the way by motor trolley.
Inspection will be done at Fursatganj station at 12.30 to 1.30 am, then the motor trolley will leave for Rupamau station at 2.30 pm. After inspecting at Rupamau station, speed trial will be taken by running a special train from there to Jais.
