For this, 612 hectares of land has been identified. A consensus has been reached on this in the 134th board meeting of the authority.

No plan came after Kalindi Vihar Yojna
After the Kalindi Vihar scheme of Yamunapar area about 15 years ago Agra Development Authority No new scheme has been started. For many years the land bank with the authority is zero. 612 hectares of land will be acquired in Raipur and Rahankalan of Etmadpur block. It is proposed to establish Greater Agra on this land. The special thing is that how the authority can increase its income, under this scheme, the development of Greater Agra will be done.

Greater Agra will be developed with loan
Dr. Rajendra Pansia, Vice-Chairman of Agra Development Authority told that loan will be taken for this scheme. So that the award of land can be given to the farmers. The board members of the Authority had proposed a loan of 600 crores for the Greater Agra scheme, but Commissioner Amit Gupta has given his consent for 300 crores.
