Controversial statement has been given by senior Congress leader and former Union Minister Salman Khurshid regarding the population control bill of UP. After giving the statement on behalf of Khurshid, now UP CM Yogi Adityanath himself has given the answer. On Salman Khurshid’s statement, CM Yogi while talking to Times Now said that he who has the same feeling and intention, talks the same way.
Salman Khurshid had said that before implementing the population control law in UP, the ministers of the Yogi government should tell how many children they have. Along with this, they should also tell how many children are legitimate and how many children are illegitimate.
The way he thinks the way he acts: Yogi
Salman Khurshid made this statement while talking to the media in Farrukhabad. In response to a question related to this, UP CM Yogi Adityanath said, ‘Jaki rahi bhavna jaisi, Prabhu Murat deki tin taisi… Those whose expressions and actions have been the same, they talk the same way. All that has come on this earth is just and nothing is illegitimate for us. Watch Video:
The former law minister hesitated before using such a word?
Yogi said that this is the thinking of Congress and Congress has acted accordingly. I think it is the former Law Minister who should think about whether he is insulting humanity or not. Did he, as a former Law Minister, have any hesitation in using such a word?
Draft of population control law prepared
The statement of the Congress leader has come at a time when preparations are being made to implement the Population Control Act in UP. The State Law Commission has prepared the draft of the UP Population (Control, Stabilization and Welfare) Bill-2021. In this, there is a proposal to ban from applying for government jobs to contesting elections in local bodies if there are more than two children. There is also mention of not giving benefits of government schemes. The commission has uploaded the draft on its website http://upslc.upsdc.gov.in/. Public opinion has been sought by July 19.
