Two doses of estrogen can provide lifelong protection

Based on research, a team of scientists from Switzerland and the United Kingdom have claimed that two doses of the AstraZeneca vaccine have the ability to provide lifelong protection against Kavid-19. The research report was recently published in the scientific journal Nature.

The researchers say the corona vaccine for estrogen was created using the adenovirus. As a result, researchers have come up with a more convincing argument than just accepting AstraZeneca. They claim that adenovirus is very familiar with the structure of the human body. The cochlear spike protein in the shell of the adenovirus virus is used to make an astragenera vaccine. When vaccinated, the adeno virus enters the human fibroblastic reticulum cell. Such cells have sufficient longevity. Once it enters the body, it releases ‘IL33 cytokines’, which create an environment for the training of T-cells in the human body. The T-cell is taught that no matter how the corona enters the body, the T-cell will recognize and weaken it. This training continues inside the cell. As a result, both doses of estrogen are able to protect a person from corona for life.

Citing the researched results, Indian virologist Professor Dr. Siddhartha Joardar says that after taking this vaccine, antibodies are made in the body. Memory T-cells are stimulated. The antibody expires over time. But T-cell protection remains. In this case, AstraZeneca has overtaken RNA vaccines like Modernna or Pfizer.
According to the Government Employees (Conduct) Rules, 1989, there are rules for filing asset declarations of government employees for five consecutive years. But in many cases this rule is not being followed. In this context, the Ministry of Public Administration has sent a letter to the senior secretaries / secretaries of all the ministries and departments to comply with the rules including accounting for assets by enforcing the rules. The letter was recently sent from the discipline-4 branch of the ministry.

The letter, signed by Deputy Secretary Nafisa Arefin, said that Rules 11, 12 and 13 of the Government Employees (Conduct) Rules, 1989 have given instructions on the acquisition, sale and filing of assets of government employees. The Prime Minister has strongly directed all the concerned ministries to take necessary steps to ensure that the rules mentioned in the Good Governance Act are effectively followed by the officials.

After Eid, the 14-day strict ban came into force across the country from last Friday. Bangladesh Bank last issued a circular on July 13 to keep banking services running amid restrictions or lockdowns. It said a limited range of banking activities would be conducted during the lockdown, except for weekly holidays.

According to the circular, the essential departments of the bank’s head office should be kept open with limited manpower as much as possible. The principal or main branch of the bank and all foreign trade branches (AD branches) should be kept open through a limited number of vital manpower. Other open branches will serve the customers of the branches which are closed. And in the visible place in the closed branch, you have to inform in the form of notification which branches are open.

On the other hand, in the case of government banks, one branch should be kept open in each district headquarters and upazila considering the bank management. In case of all other banks, a branch should be kept open in each district headquarters. No more than two branches can be kept open outside the district headquarters considering the management of the bank. At this time, all types of hygiene, including wearing a mask, must be strictly observed.

In this situation, the Government Employees Act, 2018, submits the statement of assets of all the government officials working in the administrative ministry / office / subordinate body under their control, prepares the database of the statement of assets and obtains permission from the concerned ministry to acquire and sell immovable property. The letter directed the Ministry of Public Administration to take immediate action on urgent basis through thorough compliance with Rules 11, 12 and 13 of the Code of Conduct (Rules, 1989).

The letter also includes a sample application form for permission to purchase or acquire and sell land / house / flat / property of a government employee and a table for submission of existing asset statement.
