In the month of January, seeing the daughter-in-law and the tenant together in an objectionable condition, the blood of the retired soldier boiled. From that day he had made up his mind to kill him. For this a plan has been prepared in advance. This was implemented late Monday night at 2 pm. Together with his wife Sangeeta, he first locked his 11-year-old granddaughter in the room. After that, within half an hour, 4 murders were committed. First, while sleeping, he attacked the daughter-in-law with a sharp weapon, then the tenant, his wife and his two daughters were attacked. Out of these, only a 3-year-old girl survived, who is now swinging between death and life. All these things have been told by the accused himself in the police interrogation.
Saw daughter-in-law and tenant in objectionable condition
According to information received from official sources of the police, the family of the accused lives on the first floor of the house. The accused, while confessing his crime, has told that in the month of January, he had seen Krishna Tiwari and daughter-in-law in an objectionable condition. Since then there was blood on his head. The tenant had gone to his village soon after. Now he had returned only a few days ago, even after this there was a fight between them. Even after going to Bihar, he used to talk to the daughter-in-law.
‘If you kill your husband, kill me too’
The accused told that when he reached the tenant’s room on the second floor, as soon as he went there, he killed Krishna Tiwari by repeatedly stabbing him. Then his wife Anamika woke up and started crying. Anamika said that if you kill your husband then kill me too, what will I do after living. After this he also killed Anamika by hitting her.

The accused has confessed that after the murder of the couple, he thought that now the lives of these orphan girls would be ruined. If I have killed so much, then I kill them too, so that they do not have to be disturbed further.
Before the incident, the granddaughter was locked in the room
Police investigation revealed that the accused and his wife had locked the 11-year-old granddaughter in the room just before the incident. The wife was not next to the accused at the time of the incident but remained a few steps behind. She was fully aware of the incident and did not try to stop the husband. According to the plan, both of them sat after killing till 2.30 pm. Then at around 6.45 pm the accused left the house to go to the police station.
investigation on the role of son
Just a day before the incident, the accused’s son Khatu Shyam had gone. Now the police is investigating whether the son was sent to Khatu Shyam under the plan. DCP Deepak Saharan said that he is investigating every aspect related to the case. The investigation is going on under the leadership of an ACP level officer.
