129 people including PK Haldar will be summoned to the High Court

The High Court has again summoned the much talked about Prashant Kumar Haldar (PK Haldar). 126 more people have been summoned along with him.

PK Haldar has been directed to appear in court between 10:30 am on May 24 and 25. The High Court bench of Justice Muhammad Khurshid Alam Sarkar passed the order.

The High Court has ruled in a petition filed by International Leasing and Financial Services Limited, a private financial institution. Although the High Court issued the order on March 16, a copy of the order was found on Wednesday (April 8).

Barrister Mahfuzur Rahman Milon, a lawyer for International Leasing, said this. He said they had been summoned for not repaying Rs 1,800 crore taken from International Leasing.

In a condolence message on Wednesday (April 8), the mayor sought the forgiveness of the departed soul of Indramohan Rajbangshi and conveyed his deepest condolences to the bereaved family members.

Atiqul Islam said, ‘The contribution of this talented artist in the development of folk music in Bangladesh is immense. In addition to performing music, he collected hundreds of thousands of songs written by more than a thousand poets from different parts of the country. The nation will respect his contribution in the field of folk music of the country.

Indramohan Rajbangshi breathed his last at 10:20 am on Wednesday (April 7) while undergoing treatment at Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University Hospital (BSMMU) in the capital.

Last Thursday (April 1), when he felt chest pain, the vocalist of Swadhin Bangla Betar Kendra underwent corona examination at Mohakhali Metropolitan Hospital. His corona test came positive. With that, an infection was caught in the lungs. Later on April 3, he was admitted to the ICU of Prashanti Hospital in Malibagh. He was admitted to Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University on April 4. He was taken to the ICU after his condition deteriorated. He died there today.

He is survived by his wife Deepti Rajbangshi, son Rabin Rajbangshi and daughter Prabasi. They themselves are involved with folk songs.
