It has been directed to postpone the filling up of SSC examination forms for this year. However, it has been announced to extend the time for filling up the form without any delay fee. The directive was signed by Dhaka Education Board’s examination controller Professor SM Amirul Islam on Wednesday (April 7).
According to the directive, due to the expansion of Kavid-19, the time for filling up the form without delay fee will be extended in SSC Exam-2021 and the new schedule will be announced. There is no opportunity to collect additional amount of fee fixed by the board for filling up the SSC exam form. Strict action will be taken if any allegation of extra fee is found in filling the form.
Earlier on Monday (April 5), Professor Nehal Ahmed, president of the Inter-Education Coordinating Board and chairman of the Dhaka Education Board, said, “The ongoing SSC form filling has been postponed due to the lockdown.” Currently epidemics are a national problem. So the time to fill the form will be extended at the end of the lockdown. Candidates can fill up the form without any delay fee.
Asked how long the time could be extended, he said, “Most of the students have already completed their forms. For the convenience of those who are still left, the time will be extended from 4 to 5 days without delay fee at the end of the lockdown. As the SSC exam time has not been fixed yet, it may be extended if necessary. ‘
The High Court has again summoned the much talked about Prashant Kumar Haldar (PK Haldar). PK Haldar has been directed to appear in court between 10:30 am on May 24 and 25. Another 126 people have been summoned along with him.
The High Court bench of Justice Muhammad Khurshid Alam Sarkar passed the order.
The High Court has ruled in a petition filed by International Leasing and Financial Services Limited, a private financial institution. Although the High Court issued the order on March 16, a copy of the order was found on Wednesday (April 8).
