Awami League general secretary Obaidul Quader has alleged that the BNP has started propaganda again about the corona vaccine. In this regard, he called upon the people of the country to have confidence in Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina and said that the people will get the second dose of vaccine in time just like the first dose.

Obaidul Quader said this at a function organized at the Awami League president’s political office in Dhanmondi on Sunday morning. The Road Transport Minister was virtually joined from his official residence at the distribution of food and safety items organized by the party’s relief and social welfare sub-committee.

Obaidul Quader said, those who are skeptical, they find uncertainty in everything. Spreads confusion. This confusion and propaganda is not a new disease of the BNP. They have been infected with the virus for a long time.

The Bridge Minister expressed hope that the indomitable Bangladesh would move forward in the course of development with the people by tackling the crisis under the courageous and far-sighted leadership of the tested and humane Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina.

Obaidul Quader remarked that BNP leaders are poisoning the government every day. He said if the BNP secretary general had done as much research on the lockdown as he had done, he would have played a positive role in preventing coronary heart disease, even if it was a little.

The general secretary of Awami League said, BNP first said, they want lockdown. Said later, lockdown is not the solution. Again, the lockdown is not planned. Now they are saying that the government is torturing the leaders and workers in the name of lockdown. Referring to these words, Obaidul Quader said, “The aim of the BNP is to change the appearance of amoeba from time to time and create confusion by saying different things.” People are not confused by the two-pronged politics of BNP now. On the contrary, Obaidul Quader thinks that they themselves are confused.

The Minister of Road Transport said that if the opportunity of public transport is given after the ongoing lockdown, everyone has to abide by the health rules. Otherwise, the government will be forced to give a strict lockdown again. He also called for strict adherence to hygiene rules in shopping malls, shops and markets.

The Awami League general secretary warned that strict action would be taken against those who commit irregularities with the relief and cash assistance provided by Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina. He said everyone should take care so that relief and cash do not go to waste. Care must also be taken to ensure that relief reaches the right place.

The Minister of Road Transport said that due to the outbreak of cholera, 2,000 Ursaline and 200 Push Saline will be distributed for Barguna district. Besides, 6,000 Orsaline and 500 Push Saline will be distributed in other districts of Barisal Division through Chhatra League.
