The official residence of the Prime Minister of Bangladesh has become a sanctuary for various animals and birds. Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina herself is a nature lover. So the children of nature are quite happy in his shelter. Their food is being provided regularly on the instructions of the Prime Minister. Care is being taken not to disturb them in any way. State Minister for Information and Communication Technology Junaid Ahmed Palak shared the same story on social media.
Palak writes, ‘Every day at Ganobhaban, food is given to the monkeys at noon and in different places water is kept in earthen pots for the birds. Besides, food is provided for cows, goats, hens, chickens and pigeons. Under the direction of Hon’ble Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, food and money are being sent to the unemployed people on the occasion of Ramadan and Eid through the administration and people’s representatives. All allied organizations including Awami League have started distributing food.
Hon’ble Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has been working tirelessly for the last 13 months since the first corona patient was identified on the soil of Bangladesh on March 7, 2020. From city to village, people of different classes and professions are looking for a person so that one person does not go hungry. He instructed the unemployed people not to suffer. Call 333 so that everyone can get emergency food assistance. We have taken steps to ensure that those who may be hesitant to seek help in public may also call 333 to receive emergency food assistance.
On April 13, 2016, Sajeeb Wazed Joy Bhai, Honorable Adviser to the Prime Minister on Information and Communication Technology, Architect of Digital Bangladesh, inaugurated Information and Services 333. I would like to request all of you to stand by our relatives, friends and neighbors as much as we can and commit ourselves to fight this epidemic.
May God grant long life to the honorable Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina in a healthy body. As if he can put a smile on the face of the sad people of this Bangladesh. May Allah Almighty grant him the gift that can turn Bangladesh into the golden Bengal of Bangabandhu’s dream. Amen. May God protect us all from the plague. Amen ‘
